Hi Everyone! My name is Sarah Dodge and I am a Program Coordinator for Orientation & New Student Programs. I work most closely with Transfer Student Support, Family Weekend, and Summer Orientation. I am originally from Massachusetts and am happy to talk about Patriots football or Red Sox baseball with anyone who will listen! I graduated from Elon University in 2013 with a B.S. in Communication Science and completed my M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Miami University in 2016. My favorite things about living in Charlottesville ar eexploring local restaurants, enjoying the outdoors, and taking advantage of all of the special events and festivals that come to town throughout the year.
Hey Good People! My name is Tabitha Enoch and I serve as Assistant Dean & Director in Orientation & New Student Programs, which basically means I am the Cruise Director for the orientation office. I hail from Boston, Massachusetts originally, but have called Charlottesville home since 1999. My roots in Student Affairs were firmly planted in Residence Life until I moved into orientation in 2002. When I am not at work, you can find me cheering on my son at one of his many sporting events or dancing in my kitchen to my personal theme song, Michael Jackson’s "Pretty Young Thing" (not to be confused with Wale’s knock-off version). My favorite things to do in Charlottesville are apple picking at Carter’s Mountain and eating the Corner Cobb Salad Bowl found only at Roots, a restaurant on the Corner. Be sure to check it out!
Hey y’all! I am Funlola Fagbohun and I am a Program Coordinator for Orientation & New Student Programs. I work primarily with Summer Orientation, Wahoo Welcome, and Grounds for Discussion. I’m originally from Texas; I joined the team after completing my Bachelor of Arts in English and my Master of Science in Educational Administration at Texas A&M University (WHOOP!). When I’m not at work you can find me screaming at the TV during SEC football games, spending time with family/friends, traveling, reading, crafting, or binge watching a new series on Netflix. My favorite thing about Charlottesville is how much culture is packed in our little city. I love trying the new restaurants, enjoying the arts, and spending time outdoors at all of the fun events that pop up in the spring and summertime.
