Check-In

7:30-8:30 a.m.

After parking at the Emmet/Ivy Parking Garage, shuttle to the Student Activities Buillding, sign in, pick up orientation and academic information, and enjoy a light breakfast. Students neeing overnight accommodations will pick up swipe/access cards.

Students will pick up their student ID in The Forum at Observatory Hill (located in Alderman Road Residence Area). Please note: student IDs will only be available for pick up during check-out. *Students staying overnight must check out the following morning by 11:00 a.m. at Conference Services in Gibbons House, located at 425 Tree House Drive, off Alderman Road.
