This event is meant to provide an alternative for students who would like to be involved in UVA’s extensive party culture and enjoy themselves within the first few weeks of the start of courses. It allows students, especially first years, to familiarize themselves with student culture.

This event is meant to familiarize first-year students with the UVA campus and to provide them with resources that would be immensely helpful for them throughout their year, like working with MSS, Career Center, etc. to set up booths and give out pamphlets with who to reach out to.

Come one and all to enjoy hilarious stand-up comedy with your friends in Newcomb Theatre. We welcome our students back to grounds and our professional comedian with an aim to bring laughter at the beginning the the fall semester.
